My housemates will soon move out (to France and India) and I will have two single rooms available in a nice house in the centre of the Golden Triangle:

From September:
A very cosy (but not too small) room with wooden floor, fireplace, light furniture and walls, bed, a wardrobe, desk, book shelves and a chest of drawers, with a view over our lovely garden.

From October:
Large single room with beautiful furniture (bed, desk, chest of
drawers, wardrobe, closet, armchair, wooden floor, book shelves) with
a door to the garden.

The house is in a very good condition (clean, double glazing, modern boiler...), with a well equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge with DVD, TV and Hifi. We have got phone, broadband, washing machine, dryer and freezer. The garden is rather big with a bike shed and a barbecue.

I am looking for non-smoking tidy and reliable professionals or postdocs (or phd-students willing to share council tax).
Sharing food and cooking in turns would be great but is not essential. With my old housemates I used to play boules in the close-by park or to go out for a beer or to the cinema city sometimes. I am 33, male, and work as a postdoc at UEA.

The rent is 250 GBP per month and room, plus bills.
