The house is spacious, cozy and just 5-10 min from the University. It is also 5 min from a 24-hours Tesco (the one by the roundabout). The house is literally located between the Uni and Tesco.

The house got on the ground floor: a furnitured livingroom, a good sized kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom, a facility with a washer and a dryer and a garden (perfect for barbecues!)
On the topfloor, it got: three bedroomes, a toilet and a bathroom.
The room for rent is on the topfloor.

The rent for the room is £245/per calender month + £30 for gas, water and electricity.
In total, the rent would be £275/per calender month.
Internet must be arranged privately.

The house is shared by four jolly tenants, two girls and two boys. the girls are leaving (so one another room will be available, if wanted to share with a friend..)

The landlord is only approving whole year tenants.
The room is available for visit.
