Client Profile: An excellent opportunity has arisen within a market leading meat processing company based in Norfolk, who is looking for butchers/ boners to join their expanding team to assist with an increase in production requirements. The successful Butchers must have experience in boning/ de-boning and trimming pork on an industrial level. This is a varied role which will require the successful butchers to cut bones from standard cuts of meat, such as chucks, hams, loins, plates, rounds, and shanks to prepare meat for retail. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis. Upon completion of the probationary period the successful butchers will be given a permanent contract and receive performance bonuses.

Skills: Butchery/ Knife skills/ Boning – De-boning.
