The role: Italian & Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative
Coordination / Administration / Customer service – Fluent Italian & Spanish
Based in: Norwich / Norfolk
Easily commutable by public transport & car from Norwich area
Salary: Up to £16.5K

Main Purpose: To respond proactively to customer requirements.

The main duties include:
To communicate with customers on a day to day basis and to deal with all enquiries.
To answer the in-bound customer service calls and associated administration (invoice, delivery notes…)
To handle enquiries, accept and process orders
To establish & maintain excellent relationship with customers and sales force.
To investigate new business opportunities
To ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently
To update the database accurately

The Candidate:
Fluent English as well as Italian & Spanish (Written & spoken).
Excellent communication skills / confident telephone manners.
Previous Sales or Customer Service experience ideal
Attention to detail / Rigorous
Computer literate (excel / outlook…)
Ability to work within an International team

The Salary: Up to £16.5K
