Operations/Area Manager – Growing Pub Company

Location: Cambridge and Norwich

Salary Package £40,000 - £45,000 plus outstanding package

My client is looking for an outstanding Operations/Area Manager to oversee an amazing patch, Cambridge to Norwich, with the Leased side of the operation, overseeing 45 sites.

This role would site an Operations/Area Manager in the current or similar role, within, Branded or un branded, pubs and restaurants - open to other sectors within catering.

The Role:

Identifying new business strategies and assisting tenants to maximise their business

Managing your time between developing yourself and the team around you

An excellent influencer of people with exceptional communication skills
Experience of working within a similar quality-orientated pub & bar services organisation
Confident individual who have passion for what they do and is not afraid to talk out
Experience of managing a dynamic senior team
