The room is fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Its in a large 4 bed detached house in the bowthorpe area very close to the UEA and Hospital. In fact the bus to UEA/City is only 200 yards from the front door!

The house is clean and modern (and newly decorated!) and close to local amenaties - supermarket, newsagents, bakery, bank, post office, couple of take aways a pub a blockbusters etc.

The house comprises of large living room, dining room, utility room, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms.

There is also a large south facing garden, big garage and plenty of off street parking.

There is also a park opposite us.

You would be sharing with friendly professional couple. We both work late evenings and are always out and about walking dog or at football so very rarely in. As a result TV etc is virtually all yours as we rarely get chance to watch it! We currently have Virgin media with quite a few channels, broadband etc too.

We have a very friendly border collie puppy so it is essential that you are a dog lover!

We like to try and keep the place clean and tidy so you would need to be relatively tidy and clean up after yourself in shared areas of the house and take a share in house hold chores but other than that you are entirely free to do as you please!
