Very modern house, neuteral decor/carpet throughout, complete blank canvas! fitted kitchen complete with built in elec cooker, fridge and washing machine. Good size lounge, (fits a large tv, two 2 seater sofas, table and 4 chairs and baby play pen) storage space under stairs, large main bedroom with walk-in wardrobe/cupboard, small second bedroom perfect for a baby/young child. bathroom very modern! has a power shower over the bath and glass divider to stop water, not shower curtain. complete with mirror that has a pull light above it and a plug in shaver point. Nice area, never experienced any trouble or noise since i have lived here, on street parking, have never had trouble finding a space right outside the house.telephone line, cable and internet work in this area. 10 mins from town centre, train station, bus routes practically on door step, park, post office, takeaways, pub, shops etc. 10 min bus ride to beach! I am with portsmouth housing, looking for council or housing association.
