The job in a nut shell -

We are looking for a Sous Chef. As part of this role you will involve a large degree of supervising other kitchen staff, as well as keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment’s notice.

For this position you must be passionate, enthusiastic and most of all willing to learn.

Your rota will be based on a five day week with split shifts. In return for your commitment and hard work a competitive salary is offered, anyone with a partner wishing to work in a Front of House position would be welcomed, accommodation is available if required.
