£24,000 - £26,000 negotiable dep on exp

40 hrs a week may be required to work Days , Evenings , Nights , Weekends
Salary is negotiable dep on exp
Care Home manager required for a Home that looks after elderly residents.
The ideal Candidate will ensure a high quality of care for service users.
Provide a person centred care within the home. You will manage staffing levels. Carry out staff development and CPD. You will also Liaise with service user s family's, sponsors and health professionals. You should have an NVQ4 or RMA.
