Twitchers Cottage, as the name suggests, is a great starting point for birdwatching on the North Norfolk coast. It is a pretty single storey modern carrstone fronted cottage on a very small, select development of 5 cottages. It is located twixt Snettisham and Titchwell RSPB reserves and with Holme next the Sea en route to Titchwell.
There is no vehicular access to Twitchers' Cottage except to park your car, yet it is within a 5 minute walk of the heart of this attractive coastal village! The cottage is warm and cosy with a pretty soputh facing garden (with bird table!)

Heacham itself is an attractive coastal village with local bucthers and fish shop, pubs and restaurant. It even has a doctors surgery and vetrerinary poractice!

The energetic can walk to the RSPB reserve at Snettisham to the West or Hunstatnon to the East. Equally, to drive to either of these places, RSPB Titchwell rseserve or Brancaster's beautiful beaches takes no more than 10 minutes. The cottage is also usefully placed for golfing in Hunstanton, Brancaster and Castle Rising.

Kitchen : Modern, well equipped kitchen with electric oven & ceramic hob. Fridge + freezer compartment, microwave oven,washing machine and tumble dryer. Door to rear garden.

Sitting/Dining Room: A spacious, bright and airy room, with two large three-seater comfy sofas & coffee table, electric "wood burner" in winter. There is a flat screen TV, with Freeview & DVD player. French doors which open out onto the garden. Dining table & 4 chairs (2 more chairs in bedrooms).

Double Bedroom: Spacious room with double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, hairdryer, dressing table and chair. Double windows to the front of the property.

Twin Room: A good sized room with two single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and dressing table and chair.

Family Bathroom: Family bathroom with bath, electric shower , WC & wash hand basin.
Bed linen & towels are provided.
Quality feather duvets & pillows.

Outside: The property is approached off a small private driveway with covered off-road parking for 2 vehicles. To the rear there is a pretty south facing garden with mature plants & shrubs & small pond. Garden table, benches & parasol..
