Two days of practical and theoretical training is followed by a further 2 days for revision and practice after which students take a theory and practical exam.

Syllabus includes:
• History and theory of Indian Head Massage
• Benefits and Effects of IHM
• Oils that may be used
• Classical massage movements
• Chakra positions and their relevance to treatment
• Holistic Approach
• Contra indications and reactions to treatment. Client care.
• Conditions of the neck and shoulders.
• Understanding different hair types.
• Performing Indian head massage


The course will include project work and case studies (3 people x 3)

We have ITEC courses in reflexology, massage, aromatherapy as well as Indian Head Massage. And now - Beauty Therapy!
