The ideal candidate will be able to manage day to day kitchen operations, staff and all food preparation areas including banquets, Room Service, Restaurants, bar/lounge as well as the associate cafeteria to ensure a consistent, high quality food product. The Sous Chef will work with the Head Chef and F&B management team to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
