Spiritual healing can help if you are suffering stress and anxiety from any source.Healing is deeply relaxing, giving your body and mind an opportunity to stabilise and recover from the disruption that stress and worry cause.

No matter what the source of the problem healing can help and works safely alongside any medical support you receive from your doctor. The NFSH - Healing Trust Code of Conduct makes it clear that doctors are permitted by their General Medical Council to refer patients to healers.

I offer Reiki, or NFSH Spiritual Healing. Healing is safe and is worth considering if you need a helping hand. Healing lasts for approximatelty 40 minutes with a little time before and after to discuss the situation if you wish. The price is £25 with £5 off for your first visit.

Thai Foot Massage: This is a massage for your feet, and is very like reflexology, using the same reflex points. It is a mixture of brisk and gentle movements and involves stimulating some reflexes on the feet with a Thai acupressure stick. The whole massage takes about an hour and is good value at £25, with £5 off your first visit.

I also teach Reiki. At level 1 you can learn Reiki and Seichim, I combine these at the first level. Call for details. Next class December 5th and 6th.
