Hi, if you're the person who said you wanted to move in to my house on a street near Dereham Road (I won't name you but if you see this you'll know who you are) but then just didn't turn up, I wanted you to know how many problems you've caused.

I turned down two other people because you promised you were serious. I can now barely afford to pay my mortgage this month and don't even have money for petrol to visit my parents for their wedding anniversary.

If you changed your mind then fair enough - but at least have the common courtesy to let me know instead of just not turning up. I was tempted to name you to warn other people not to offer rooms to you, but have decided not to.
