Large double room with a built in wardrobe. It's a 3 bed terraced house on Unthank Road (golden triangle) with a lounge,dining room,kitchen and bathroom. One of my housemates is moving out in November so myself (21 yr old female teacher) and my housemate (27 yr old female campaign manager) are looking for someone to move in. The rent is £227 a month (not including bills) so pretty cheap!

There is only one bathroom but we don't find we have a good routine and don't have any issues. We are 9-5 working girls but do enjoy nights out involving lots of wine at the weekend!

Preferably looking for a young professional that doesn't smoke and someone that isn't a 24 hour party animal but that does enjoy nights out at the weekend.
