Trainee Insurance Broker
Our client, one of the UK's leading Insurance Brokerages, is seeking ambitious people to join their successful team of insurance brokers.
You will be responsible for liaising directly with customers, identifying their needs and presenting insurance risks relevant to their current situations.
Key attributes sought are:
- able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- able to provide an outstanding level of service to customers
- a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- able to work as part of a team
Duties and responsibilities include:
- establishing the client’s insurance needs
- preparing and processing slips, cover notes, endorsements, premiums
- presenting the features and benefits of insurance policies to customers
- identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional policies
- managing renewal invitations, new business enquiries and mid-term adjustments
Our client offers industry accredited training and opportunities to develop into more expansive areas of the business.
Previous experience within the insurance Industry within a Broking or Sales role
A good working knowledge of Personal Lines and / or Commercial Insurance would be an advantage.
Basic salary £17,000 to £22,000 pa, negotiable along with generous benefits.
