I know this is a very long shot but here it goes........
My flat is a council flat in Norwich. £65 per week rent but that includes, ALL heating and hot water and water rates. Hence NO need to worry about the cost of heating and NEVER running out of hot water, bliss

I live in one of the towers in mile cross, Norwich im very happy here and the only reason i want to move is that here were are not allowed dogs, and i desperatly want a dog! and i also fancy a change of scenery!

Therefore i am looking for a mutual exchange within croydon and south east london and essex areas.
In an ideal world i would like a 2bed house or maisonette with a garden. but i would accept anything within reason however it must have 2bedrooms

About my flat, it has a large living room, big enough to have a dining table in it, it has 2 large double bedrooms, the bathroom is seperate to the toilet which is great! and the kitchen is a decent size.

The living room is decorated nicely, the bathroom/toilet is decorated nice also, the spare bedroom is also newly decorated as is the kitchen.
Also there is a small balcony, btw its on only the 3rd floor and the neighbours are really quiet.

Its a very spacious and light flat and VERY quiet all year round, as i have said im very hapy here. If i wasnt wanting to re-locate i wouldnt be wanting to move atall.
