The role for Bar Manager will involve the day to day operation of a busy bar and management of a small team of bar staff, you will oversee all the training, recruitment and development of the team. This is a really busy operation in the summer so coming from a high volume background would help; you will also oversee the front of house bar dining area so floor skills would be required.

The role would suit a Bar Manager with a proven track record, having worked in high profile units. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity. You will be financially astute and have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
