My name is Sutthida, a reliable female in early 20s with a 2 year old son and am currently working part-time. I have a situation here, which I'm hoping some landlords/lady would be able to give me good offer....

Me and my partner separated when I was in full-time study at the Norwich art school and the result was that I moved out of the family home to stay with friends in order to concentrated to my study. My son have been living full time with my ex-partner (he doesn't work)and when I need to see my son I have to stay over with his dad there, too because where I am at the moment is a shared house and not really appropriate for my son to stay over with me. I need to find somewhere to rent by myself and also for when my son coming to stay, too because my friends are moving out separate ways soon. I hope you understand I can't do shared house, and I can't get council property soon enough because I'm in low band needs as my partnet has been the main carer for my son while I was a student.

What I'm looking for is a 2bed preferably house with garden or outside area for my son. Not too far from the city centre. Rent should set around £500/month and landlords MUST ACCEPT HOUSING BENEFIT although I can afford to pay security deposit myself. Immediate viewing and deposit.

The most important thing I'm after is a flexible, open minded and understanding landlord who would not give me anymore hassle once I lived the place. The quality of the house is not important, I don't mind if it's an older building or need some work doing, etc. its more about people I'm dealing with.
