We have a lovely double room to rent, it's in a four bedroom detached house in the centre of the Golden Triangle. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bookshelves, chest of draws and built in wardrobe.

We are looking for a young professional to share with two males and two females (two are a couple) We are looking for someone who is friendly, sociable, clean and fun. Rent excludes bills and council tax which are calcultade month by month and split equally between all housemates.

The house is situated approx 3 mins walking distance to the Earlham Rd bus stops, and approx 10 mins walk to those on Derham Rd.
Local pubs are the Bell Vue, the Alexandra Tavern (where we are regularly found!), and the Mitre on Earlham Rd.
There is a local shop 3 mins walk away for all essentials, and a Somerfield, post office, butcher and 'The Green Grocers' (at Earlham shopping centre) also a very short walk away.

We have on street parking (no permit necessary), room for bicycles, and a medium sized garden with a BBQ, tables and chairs. We have wireless internet, a home phone and freeview.
