It's a spacious first floor flat in central Norwich, in a quiet courtyard just off King Street. 5 minutes walk into town, less than 10 mins both from Morrisons and the train station. Really handy for pretty much getting anywhere in town or out of town! There's permit parking in the courtyard or on King Street if you need it. There's also a locked bike shed.
The room is a large double bedroom, south facing and reasonably sunny, overlooking trees and greenery. It's furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets and large fitted wardrobes. There's also plenty of room if you want a desk/ bookshelf/ dressing table/ random traffic cones?!
Bills (75/ month) include council tax, electricity, water, gas, and phone and broadband line.
The flat hs a bathroom (shower over bath), kitchen (gas hob, electric oven) and a large living room/dining room. I've been painting and decorating so the rooms are gradually changing colour (ie have improved since the photos!). Sharing with one other (me). I've been in Norwich nine months and in the flat since the summer. I'm generally pretty busy with work (as a community nutritionist in Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft), church (Gateway vineyard) and relaxing (badminton, swimming, films etc). My interests are food, music and travel - I've lived and worked in some unusual places overseas as well as much of the UK. I'm pretty easy going, and have lived in lots of different flat shares, but always enjoyed it more when I've lived with other fun and active people who like tea, coffee and wine!
