I have a furnished double room to rent in my two bedroom house, just off Dereham Road, available from the start of June. The house has all the usual facilities such as digital TV, wireless etc.

It is about 20 minutes walk to the city and there is a bus stop right outside for links to UEA etc.

I'm a young professional male and would ideally like to share with another young professional. However, I would also consider a post-grad or mature student. It would be great if you are friendly and sociable but also tidy.

Rent is £75 per week plus bills, which I expect to come to about £50 a month, on a six month contract.
