CHEF DE PARTIE, £18300, NORFOLK

This 2AA Rosette/3*hotel situated close to the beaches of the north Norfolk coast is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their 10 chefs team. The hotel features a fine-dining restaurant, orangery and private dining rooms that can take up to 180 people in total.

An ideal candidate for this Chef de Partie role should have at least 1AA Rosette background.

However, if you are a Demi Chef looking for a step up or a Chef de Partie seeking salary rise and you work in the kitchen which does not have accolades but all the dishes are made from scratch using only fresh and (whenever possible) local produce this position will suit you too.

The basic salary for a Chef de Partie is £17000 as well as tips (circa £100/month) and
free accommodation in a well equipped single room provided (or £18300 live-out).
