Looking for Norwich City Centre property in a very good state of repair with 2 bedrooms (or spacious 1 bed property) and a parking space.

We are a professional couple in our 30's (no pets, no children, non smokers, no benefits) who have been in our current rental for 5+ years . We are reliable tenants who have kept the property in good order and rent has never been late. We expect to receive a first class reference from our current landlord and can both provide employer references.

We would like a long term let but are happy to be on a 6 month contract.

We can be flexible with moving dates.

We have funds available around £500 per month with a deposit and 1 months rent in advance available.
