A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Team Leader to join our Restaurants team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an enthusiasm for providing excellent service to all the guests. The hotel offers a fantastic location, set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. The hotel has 166 bedrooms, it benefits from being able to offer a number of different grades and styles of rooms to its guests. The hotel offers two restaurants, the Brasserie Bar and Grill as well as the La Fontaine, fine dining restaurant, an 18 hole golf course, gym and leisure facilities.

You will also be developed to support the Hotel Duty Management Team.

You will be required to ensure all guests expectations are met during their restaurant experience and you will provide amazing hospitality. Planning and preparation are key for this role as is the ability to communicate efficiently with the chefs and team members to ensure all service standards are constantly met and exceeded. You will be talented in upselling to the guests, motiviating the staff to do this also. We give some great rewards for the best results!

You will also be responsible for some staff training and Health & Safety

You will be required to monitor and evaluate the performance of your staff ensuring that you motivate the team to deliver fantastic results. You will be asked to set and drive challenging sales targets and provide support and training for all members of your team.

We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, have exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers. Experience of working in Fine Dining would be beneficial. Previous experience and the proven ability to manage people within a similar role are required.
