We currently have a 3 bedroom 1st floor maisonette on Vauxhall Street, recently redecorated lounge and carpeted throughout, clean plain kitchen.
We are looking to downsize to a two bedroom ground floor flat or house with a garden.
Ideally we are looking in the NR2 2-- or NR2 3-- area. Not NR2 4--.
MUST be ground floor, at least and within walking distance of the city centre. The Avenues or around Elizabeth Fry area would be ideal.
Will not consider anything north of Dereham Road.
