Room available in a brand new shared student house. Double bed, very large fitted wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside draws the room also has a TV socket. Separate study room with desk chair and another wardrobe, both rooms have radiators and the house is double glazed throughout. There is a shared; kitchen with dinning table, oven, microwave and a washer/dryer; bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet; and there is also a downstairs toilet. The house has; off road parking and a garage as well as a phone line and internet access can be easily setup. There are three other housemates all are very nice friendly people two girls and one boy. The house is close to the university and the bus route into town (NR5). The rent is £300 per calendar month (£75 per week). I am a student (on work placement) looking for some one to pick up the rest of the term of my existing contract which runs until the 1st August 2008.
