I KNOW I DONT HAVE MUCH CHANCE, AS IT SEEMS EVERYONE WANTS TO GET OUT OF FLATS, AND NO ONE WANTS ONE LOL BUT IM GOING TO TRY ANYWAY.
i have a large 2 bed flat, both double bedrooms and a good sized kitchen and a very large front room with room for a diner. i have no garden and i have a 2 year old boy so i really need a garden. my flat is fully decorated with a intercom at door for security. i live in a small block, with 2 other neighbours, both female and lovely.
double glazed and a new uni boiler. i live in cloverhill, close to bowthorpe main centre with roys,docs,takeaways,charity shops and so on. also close to a few schools, 40 min walk into city, or bus stop 2 sec's away from flat which goes into city.
i am looking for anywhere in norfolk, i just need a garden. not a communial garden either. pics are available, but the flat looks alot bettre in person as you can really see the size of the flat in pics.
