Looking for a sound in the vein of Ryan Adams, Wilco, Jayhawks, etc..

I'm a guitarist and singer - looking to pad the sound out wherever possible. I have a bassist and drummer interested, but would be interested in hearing from anyone with a sympathy of an alt-country sound. And what I really need is a second guitarist to add a bit of twang, and maybe help with the songwriting a little.

Songwriting wise I'm probably most influenced by Neil Young, the Stones, Springsteen etc, and ideally I want to clasp that style of great songwriting onto a timeless Americana sound, maybe with a few modern indie hooks thrown in to get people interested. Open to ideas, that's for sure.
