Points of Light Healing Practice


Spiritual healing is described in the NFSH Healing Trust Code of Conduct in the following way….. “Spiritual healing is restoring the balance of body, mind and spirit of the recipient. It is a natural, non-invasive, holistic approach that has the intention of promoting self-healing, to bring a sense of well-being and peace to the recipient”.

I am a full Healer Member of the NFSH Healing Trust.

I also offer Reiki/Seichim Spiritual Healing. Qualified to Master/Teacher level for ten years. Reiki is a Japanese form of healing energies, gentle and beneficial to all forms of life and Seichim is Egyptian in origin, and is compatible with Reiki. They are often taught together. I also offer Egyptian Cartouche energies, of which there are 24. But you are unlikely to need all 24 of them!

Whether you chose Reiki (the Japanese form of spiritual healing) or Egyptian Cartouche or NFSH spiritual healing, the benefits are always positive. Healing can assist your body and emotions to heal. The natural wisdom of the body will use the energy in the most appropriate way. The session takes 30-40 minutes, but allow an hour in total

Healing can be performed hands-on or hands-off (i.e. in your spiritual energy field), according to your wishes.


Thai Foot Massage: This is just one part of the Thai health system of medicine. It aims to bring balance to the body's energies, via work on the reflex points of the feet and lower legs - up to the knees.

Thai foot massage is similar to reflexology in that it uses the same reflex points, but the difference is that these reflexes are stimulated with the hands and a wooden Thai acupressure tool.
