Training Coordinator

Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience providing training? Are you a NVQ Assessor or an accredited training provider with City Guild? If so, Dora Healthcare may have a suitable vacancy for you.

We are a rapidly expanding Healthcare Agency and are looking for a Training Coordinator to provide in-house training to our increasing staff roster.
You should possess the following qualities:

Hard working
Well Organised
Comfortable Presenting to a group
Good Communication skills
Able to work off own initiative
Reliable and Trustworthy

Our service users include: Children and adults with special needs, Individuals with physical disabilities, People with mental health needs and the elderly.

The post holder will be holding training sessions on Skills for Care, Moving and Handling, Personal Centred Care, Issuing Medication, amongst others.
The position has a competitive hourly rate. You must have a full driving license and access to your own transport.

Job description

Provide training services to our Carers
Prepare relevant documentation for training sessions
Organise the training venue
Make attendees aware of training details
