About the business
* An exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller has become available within one of Norfolk's well established and award winning companies
* They are going from strength to strength and are one of only a few companies who have fully survived the downturn in the economic market.
About the job
* You will be building working relationships with new and existing client
* Chasing new and old debt by telephone, fax, email or letter
* Having regular meetings with management to ensure all are fully in the loop with the progress of accounts
* Assisting the accounts team where necessary with reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
About you
* You will have previous experience of working on new and aged debt
* The ability and working experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Packages at Intermediate level
* The ability to multi task and the flexibility to assist where require throughout the business
* A real team player is a must as on some occasions there may be the need to cover reception at short notice
