Due to a new opportunity we now need someone to work on a 80/20 basis. 80% doing the day to day duties consisting of offering the highest levels of service and support to commercial businesses - 20% managing, leading and coaching a great bunch to ensure the highest performance levels at all times in all areas of recruitment, coaching and personal development. If you are a people guru then this role could pretty much be an ideal match.
About the job
*This role asks for a team leader who is prepared to really get stuck in, occasionally offering support to the Service Desk when needed ensuring a streamline service between the customer and the service department. The team has fun however is also very commercially aware and are all professional individuals in their own right. You will be the kind of team leader who will simply be adored. Empathy with people is key so if you have the gift of the gab and are great at influencing then read on!
*On a monthly basis you will be mentoring, coaching and delivering one-one to your team.
*In this role you will not only need to show amazing performance management skills you will also be able to demonstrate how you can build and strengthen individual and team skills. You will embrace individual needs and ensure that each member of staff pushes their boundaries at all times ensuring 1st class customer service.
*You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is efficiently and accurately processed and that all information is passed to the correct division.
*On top of this you will be doing the day to day customer service skills ensuring a wow factor service to all business clients.

*You will be able to demonstrate the highest levels of leadership, coaching and motivating team members.
*You will have admirable communication skills with an itching desire to excel in your career.
*Accurate data entry skills, paying attention to every little detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft software.
*Positive mental attitude
