Essex To Norfolk Coastal
We have a 3-bedroom first floor council maisonette in Shoeburyness, Essex, postcode ss3.It has a large, (13' x 16' approx), lounge/dining area with patio doors leading to a small balcony, a fair size kitchen (9' x7' approx), with plenty of cupboard space, seperate toilet & bathroom, and 3 bedrooms in different sizes (13'x9', 9.5'x7.5', & 10'x9' approx). It also has a loft, a cupboard outside by the front door, a shed on the ground floor, and 2 built in wardrobes. on the ground floor is a communal play area for children. It is situated within 5 minutes walking distance of schools for all ages (from parent & toddler to secondary/sixth form), and bus stops. About 10-15minutes walk from an ASDA and other local shops, there is a small convenience shop around the corner from here. It is only a short 15-20 minute bus ride from Southend town centre and within walking distance of Thorpe Bay train station. There are 2 adjoining car parks and entrance to the block is via any of 3 security doors with an intercom system.Rent is currently about £72 a week, gas & electricity are on prepayment key/card meters. The council have refurbished our electrics & redecorated the exterior. They are also supposed to be doing the bathroom and heating.
We are looking for pretty much any 3 bed house/bungalow/gf maisonette in most areas of Norfolk/Suffolk. We'd prefer coastal, towns/villages close to amenities and schools as we have 4 young children.
