My client is currently looking for a 2nd chef/Sous chef to join a brigade of 5 at their luxury country hotel based south of Norwich off the A11. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous hotel experience, be able to work split shifts and have what it takes to create a 1A rosette standard cuisine using fresh local produce to satisfy the needs of this Hotels top class clientele.
