really nice airy room with sash window looking out onto the garden,
the house has two large reception rooms, one currently being used as a music reading room, the other tv and x-box room,
downstairs wc, large modern kitchen/diner with doors onto the garden, nice lawn and seating, good for parties and bbqs, also veg patch.

upstairs is the main bathroom, with its own balcony (of sorts, you need to see it) with separate shower and bath, (water pressure v good)
then two further bedrooms.
fourth bedroom on third floor.

really big house so you have your own space, we have no problem with guests, family, kids coming round.

clean bunch who like a drink and a party but not all the time, (both work full time)


not fussy about new house mate, but would be cool if...


do fair share of cleaning and washing etc,

cool with having people in the house,

social kind of person who will get on and have a fun time in the house.



have lived her 6 months and really love it,

other housemate moving on so need someone to help pay the rent etc,
