Taking advantage of every opportunity to maximise sales conversions, you�ll be working to rigorous systems and quality procedures at our busy call centre, as well as sales targets which are challenging yet still highly realistic.
Development is at the heart of all our activities � developing our customer offering, and developing the people who deliver it. This means we�ll give you all the product training you need to succeed.
So a background in insurance, while being an advantage, is certainly not essential. However, you will need proven sales experience, along with lots of initiative and the ability to convey often quite complex information in a clear and simple way.
Above all, you must be a confident communicator with a commitment to teamwork and a real talent for building a rapport with our customers over the phone.
