Really nice 4 house mates who are studying MA, very very quiet, as they are so good student.
The room is not big, but fully furnished with single bed, desk with big chair, book shelf, mirror, wardrobe, and drawer. Wireless broadband available of course.
Just 10 mins walk to UEA. Close to University village.
The price is 200 per month, not including bills. I've already paid some. (I may be willing to pay extra bill for you)
I'll away from around 20 June, (flexible). Just tell me when you want to move on.
Lease until 26 August, so looking for someone to stay until that date.
You can stay here about 2 months, it could be more. Just pay for 2 months.
