We have -

2 bedroom ground floor flat. 1 double room, 1 single childs room. Bathroom with walk in shower that has extended shower base, and metal show rail for disabled use.

Frontroom is large size with room for 3 piece suit, computer table, and shelving units on top!

Small kitchen but with room for what you need, fits in fridge/freezer, washing machine and the cooker, plus plenty of work surface area...

There is also 2 additional storage cupboard which are fairly large I think we must have a loft full of stuff in these 2 cupboards!

Looking for -

2 (2 double rooms) or 3 Bedroomed house/bungalow/maisonette, we have a child that will be going into a oddler bed soon so needs a bigger room than we currently have. Im also carrying our 2nd child so we need more room for another baby

Must have a garden for our little kiddies...Doesn't have to be big or anything just a garden big enough for a baby to crawl around in and a toddler to do some running (in circles?lol) maybe big enough to fit a paddling pool in but that would do us...doesn't matter if it's just front or back...

Am interested in any area in norwich or great yarmouth....anything poss near Horsford...or in Broadland area?...but anything considered...as yet we don't have a car so areas between norwich and Yarmouth wouldn't be easy access for my husbands work.

Please make us an offer anything will be considered if its has bigger bedrooms than ours and a BIT of a garden.
