I currently live in a 4 bed house, sharing with 3 friends but 2 of them are moving out in January. The remaining 2 of us are looking for replacements as we'd like to stay in the house rather than move somewhere smaller. We're both friendly female professionals aged 30 & 25, and enjoy spending evenings in front of the TV with a bottle of wine, or an occassional visit to the pub.

We've got a double room (£325 per month) and a single room with extra storage (£275 per month) available. Both are unfurnished but have built in wardrobes. The house is spacious with a nice size garden and in a quiet location close to local amenities just off Fifers Lane (north of city). The rent includes all bills except food but does include contribution towards shared items (such as cleaning products etc...)
