My friend and I are looking for rooms. I am 24 and she is 30 and we both are professionals in full time employment.

I am available to move in the next 12 days and she is available at the end of the month.

We both come with good references and would probably like to view as soon as possible. We would like somewhere nice, doesn't matter if sharing with other people, preferably close to city centre.

An all bills included package, up to a budget of £400 maximum.
