The house is on Colman Road, pretty much opposite the Farmhouse pub (approx halfway between city and uni) - on the 25 busroute [woopwoop] with the bustop to the city literally outside our front door!

The room available is a large double, with wardrobe, large set of drawers/dressing table and a desk!

The rest of the house consists of..4 other double bedrooms, large lounge, dining room [both with cute little fireplaces], adequate kitchen, back porch, large garden, downstairs toilet, 2 full bathrooms (baths+showers), enough space for 3cars on the front and space down the sideroad for extra parking...we will be having internet, and a phone line (with free evening and weekend calls, i think?) possibly sky, but if not a digibox and we have a pool table, if we can find somewhere for it...

Looking for friendly, clean, tidy housemate who knows how to party..
Contract starts 15th August 2008 and lasts a year, with rent at £240 a month excluding bills, (but in a great location, and large room)
