I have a 1st floor flat.in a house ( with loft ) 2 double bedrooms, disabled shower ( tiled throughout ) A nice enclosed back garden, ( brick built shed ) and side garden. G.C.H.. doubled glazed, well decorated throughout. .It is a beautiful area, very quiet and 3 mins away from eaton park. It has a great bus service ( no 25 ) which runs to train station via city centre every 10 minutes, and throughout the night.
I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom flat / small house./ bungalow. Must be ground floor and MUST have a garden.
I am in no hurry to move as i love my place and the area, and will only be interested in a nice place with nice neighbors, as that is what i am offering in return.
I am looking for a place in the same area or something similar, close to the city center.
