My client is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager based in the Norfolk area.
Experienceof leasehold management or managinga portfolio of properties rented on assured shorthold tenancies (SAT), such experience to have been gained from the public or private sector.
The succesful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of current legislation & practice relating to leasehold or AST's.
relevant academic or professional qualification is a big plus.
The succusfull candidate must have a full driving license and have own transport available due to locations. The post will run from from 23rd September to 30th November '09
