I am looking for someone to rent my remaining room until July. My house has 3 bedrooms and is a quiet location close to UEA. Currently I live at the property along with one tenant. We are both clean and tidy housemates, who are friendly and easy to get along with.

The room is quiet and comfortable and furnished with a single bed, large desk and wardrobe. The house has a large lounge and kitchen, plus utilty with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an enclosed back garden, extra storage space and off road parking.

I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and will be available to give viewings, this is ideal for someone new to the area looking to buy a property or someone looking for something short term.
