Hi, we are looking for a new housemate to replace a housemate that is moving out. We are two 24 year old professional males and we are looking for a male or female around the same age and in the same situation.

The house is located on Eleanor Road (just off Trafford Road) It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city and about 15 minutes to Unthank Road.

The house is clean and furnished with all white goods however the bedroom isn't furnished (although we may be able to provide a single bed if necessary)

The bedroom is a small double, you could fit a double bed in there and still have room for a chest of draws / wardrobe / desk.

Rent is £240 plus bills (around £80 a month)

Move in date negotiable but ideally around the end of September.
