My flat is nice and bright large lounge diner, good quiet neighbours, close to shops, buses and anglia square and only 10 mins walk to city. Walk in shower ( no bath) ideal for older person looking for ground floor, couple or couple and child. There is a private commuinal garden very secure and only used by those hanging out washing but is really very nice and maintained by council. Looks out onto a green and has permit parking in its own private car park.Needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
