Our flat is 5 mins walk to city centre and 2 mins walk to sainsburys and local shops.

Our flat is newly decorated with new bathroom and kitchen suite, new carpets and although has only one bedroom is a very spacious flat with front garden and communal gardens at the rear of the property.

This flat is in a quiet area of central Norwich and on acentral bus route.

Our neighbours are lovely and the flat has been perfect for us for the last three years up until now.

The only reason we would like to move is because i am having a baby and will need another room.

We are looking for at least a two bedroom flat or house in Norwich anything will be considered and we will also consider a three way exchange.
