I have a 2 double bedroomed terrace house, North City, walking distance (approx 20 mins) City or cycling (5 mins). Lovely garden - well I think so!

My home is quiet and peaceful, fairly minimalist, comfy, clean.

The £90 pw is inclusive of bills (inc off peak use of landline for calls to landlines). You would have your own double bedroom and then share rest of house.

Ideally would like to share with vegetarian but open to veggie friendly. Also someone who has a bit of an eco outlook - turning off lights, recycyling etc.

Would suit mature student or professional.
