My client, a well established and highly respected construction contractor have an urgent requirement for a Principal Surveyor to join their maintenance division. Key tasks include but are not limited to ensuring the delivery teams invoicing targets are achieved, ensuring company financial standards and processes are maintained, ensuring WIP does not exceed 8 weeks old and ensuring all projects and minor works jobs are 100% project book compliant. To be considered for this role you must have recent experience in a commercial role within the maintenance industry. You should also posses the ability to provide support and empower staff to take ownership of commercial issues. You must also have the ability to maintain control whilst working to deadline in a fast paced environment.
